Early bird rates (applicable until 15 October 2025):

Having an early bird greatly helps us plan for catering and rooms, so please register early. In-person attendance includes lunch and morning/afternoon tea.

Full in-person - AUD $250.
Concession in-person - AUD $125. This is for current students (full-time or part-time who spend at least 50% of their time on study), retirees, or unwaged.

Full rates (from 16 October 2025):

Full in-person - AUD $300.
Concession in-person - AUD $175. This is for current students (full-time or part-time who spend at least 50% of their time on study), retirees, or unwaged.

If you are in financial difficulties but would still like to attend in-person, then please email the AIMOS president (aimos.inc@gmail.com) with a brief outline of your circumstances.

Please contact us if you need a letter of support to show your employer/institution.

Paying for conference attendance means that you'll automatically be an AIMOS member for one year.

You'll be sent a confirmation email once the payment has been processed.

Refunds

Refunds are available up to 14 day prior to the event.
